In my art practice, I’ve had to address all of my internal processes because they shape and decide so much of my external art process.

Have you ever had the realization that some part of you is always rushing the process? Yeah, me too. And the problem is that the creative process can sometimes take a very interesting route—and an actually fulfilling and satisfying route when I can relax and go with it. For me, finding a way to just let that voice that wants to rush things be there, in the room with me, but also not let it run the show has made all the difference.
