This Doctor REACTS video is me analyzing another amazing episode of Rick and Morty from season 3 called Rick and Ricklaxation where Rick and Morty have a "psychological detox" and have what they see as the toxic parts of them removed. There are so many parallels to therapy and this bizarre alien storyline is packed full of humanity. In particular this is actually a really good depiction of splitting, which is one of the most common defence mechanisms seen in borderline personality disorder.
