0-400 Wing Recipe:
- Place seasoned wings on cold pellet grill
- Set pellet grill temperature to 400
- After 30 minutes, flip the wings over
- After another 30 minutes, the wings are done!
Smoked Fried Wings Recipe:
- Smoke seasoned chicken wings on low smoke (165-185) for 1-2 hours until wings develop some color
- Fry wings in oil or air fry them for 10 minutes to crips up the skin
- Enjoy!
