We're finally back with a new episode of the US Tree Map vol. 2! This time hitting the road to do my first ever state making on location! That's right, I hunt for a cool dead juniper, mill it up, and cut it into the state while in the shade of another juniper.
To take things a step further, I harvest some wild yeast from some juniper berries to help us make some sourdough bread, then craft a wooden banneton to make the bread even more juniper-y!
Glad to be back, but tbh, this was pretty tough episode to edit at times, the road trip I took to make the state was the last one I ever took with Miles. We lost him a week after. This episode's for him.
