• 1 can chicken breast (or frozen chicken if available)
• 1 pack Knorr or Pasta Sides Cheddar Broccoli Rice (or any flavored rice)
• 1 can mixed vegetables (drained)
• 1 cup shelf-stable milk (or water if needed)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, if available)
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine (optional)
• Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder (if available)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice: Follow the package directions using water/milk and butter (if available).
2. Add the Chicken: Drain the canned chicken and stir it into the rice while it cooks.
3. Mix in the Veggies: Drain the can of mixed vegetables and stir them in during the last 5 minutes.
4. Melt in the Cheese: If you have shredded cheese, sprinkle it in and stir until melted.
5. Season & Serve: Add salt, pepper, or garlic powder to taste. Enjoy!
