I filmed this bread recipe back in September 2024 (springtime in Australia) but was still keen to share it! I make these kinds of simple freshly milled flour sourdough loaves all the time at home. Sometimes with all glutenous grains, sometimes with gluten free or no gluten grains mixed in. I really love this approach because it wastes less (I'm always using up the oldest grain in my cupboard) and we eat a nice variety of nourishing whole grains in our diet.
