In addition I show how you can use looking glass, which is an amazing tool that allows you to use your Windows VM interactively like typical VMs such as VMware workstation, rather than needing a separate KVM setup. I am using Arch Linux in this video, but you can also use other distributions, Ubuntu is a popular choice.
