Mass terminations were seen in Infosys. Hundreds of Trainees who waited for over two years after graduation to finally start their careers at Infosys in September of 2024 were left jobless after 6 months. The incident left trainees who were fired devastated, begging them to just let them stay the night as they were asked to immediately vacate the Mysuru campus after being laid off abruptly.
