~~Measurements~~
Finished folio is 8.25" x 10.25"
(4) sheets of a 12" x 12" heavy weight cardstock - we are using 110lb cover weight
SHEET 1
Score at 8.25" and 9.25" then turn once and score at 10.25"
SHEET 2
Score at 1.25" ~~ 9.50" and 10.50" then turn once and score at 1.75" ( make sure the 2 score lines are at the top)

SHEET 3
Trim the 12" x 12" cardstock down to a scant 10.25" x 12"
Score on the 12" side at 3.50" and 11.50"
SHEET 4
Trim the 12" x 12" cardstock down to a scant 10.25" x 12"
Score at on the 12" side at 3.50" and 4"
