This is once again, like THE PIG THEORY another ridiculously deep dive into dont starves hidden lore. Not as deep as I would say the pig theory was but it definitely had less "Muddy" moments. This should aim to answer many questions about the monkeys of dont starve, Shipwrecked, Woodlegs, Where the pirates went, where wilbur is now, who the moon quay are, who monkey queen is, who the prime mates are, who the powdermonkeys are, and the primeapes and splumonkeys. This theory answers plenty of questions about not only the Primeapes, prime mates, splumonkeys, Moon quay pirates, Powder monkeys, Woodlegs origin, Monkey queen or Queen Moon quay, but the history of the pirates of shipwrecked dont starve, the shipwrecked boss quacken, It also has some tidbits about maybe where wagstaff is building his portals to, and some pieces about WX-78s origin and how it relates to the Monkey Storyline. It also talks about one of the most mysterious characters in all of dont starve, Wilbur and his origins as the monkey king. The monkey king being a prominent figure in chinese mythology, and knowing klei they certainly had that intention as they make a year of the Creature update year of the bunnyman is most recent, almost every year to symbolize each year of the creature it is for the chinese zodiac. Wilbur was actually released during the year of the monkey. We also have a few tidbits about maxwell and his lore but for the most part this remains about monkeys, prime apes, pirates, webbers mutation and webbers father, and ofcourse about all of these gosh dang unnatural portals!
