Most drawers in the shop include a lot of wasted space. Even at only 6" deep, most of my drawers are only at half capacity because nothing in there sits higher than 3". Taking some inspiration from my kitchen, I decided to retro-fit an existing drawer with a sliding tray system. It requires a little bit of surgery on the drawer but in the end, doubling the capacity makes it totally worth the effort.
