Washington B.C. is one of the most iconic episodes of Ben 10 classic. It sets up a lot of mainstays for the franchise, like summo slammers and of course dr animo. It’s the first time we see four arms and stinkfly. And we get a nice little moral about how being a hero is it’s own reward! That is paralleled with Dr. Animo who is a sore loser.
