This Dragon Fruit Agar-agar Jelly is very refreshing! The agar-agar jelly is made from dragon fruit puree. The top layer is coconut milk which goes very well with dragon fruit. For this recipe definitely recommend using fresh coconut milk. I tested with fresh coconut milk and other UHT coconut milk, fresh coconut milk taste much better.
❤ Ingredients:
Dragon fruit layer:
1 dragon fruit (550 - 600 grams) 火龙果 1个（550 - 600 克）
7 grams agar-agar powder 燕菜分 7克
50 grams sugar 糖 50克
500 ml water (room temperature) 水，室温度 500毫升
Top layer:
3 grams agar-agar powder 燕菜粉 3克
30 grams sugar 糖30克
150 ml water (room temperature) 水，室温度150毫升
200 ml coconut milk 椰奶 200毫升
1/4 teaspoon salt 盐 1/4茶匙
1 tablespoon dragon fruit puree 火龙果泥 1汤匙
