Dragon Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that combines elements of Indian and Chinese cuisines. It typically consists of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) that is stir-fried with colorful bell peppers, onions, and a spicy, tangy sauce. The sauce is often made with ingredients like soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, and sometimes tomato ketchup to give it a sweet and sour flavor profile.
