Dramatically improve microscope resolution with an LED array and Fourier Ptychography
A recently developed computational imaging technique combines hundreds of low resolution images into one super high resolution image that seems to exceed the optical resolution limit. This technique uses carefully positioned LEDs to measure spatial frequencies and reconstruct this information into a single image.
