Drive in the steep Lanying Grand Canyon - Chongqing, China
Lanying Grand Canyon is located in the National Nature Reserve - Yintiaoling, east of Wushan County, Chongqing City, north of Shenlongjia, Hubei Province, up to Yintiaoling (Lanyingzhai), down to Yangxi River (Dachang Town, Wushan County), panoramic view of Tongcheng Town, Lanying Township, Shuangyang Township, Wuxi County, Chongqing City, 20 kilometers away from Wuxi County. The canyon is more than 100 kilometers long, the narrowest part of the valley bottom is only 13 meters, the average depth is more than 1,500 meters, and the deepest depth is more than 2,400 meters.
The canyon has peculiar landforms, rich wild interest, and constitutes a karst landscape gallery with high waterfalls, dangerous peaks, strange mountains, stone monsters, clear water, secluded caves, rare birds, and strange beasts. The canyon has three core landscapes: the beauty of the Chinese painting mountain, the danger of the tiger's mouth, and the gorgeous red leaves. There are scenic spots such as the hanging wall heavenly road, the goddess of Lanying, the turtle and the moon, and the reclining Buddha Yin Peak. The most beautiful season of the year in Lanying Grand Canyon is late autumn, when the peaks and canyons are decorated with colorful leaves, and there is a magnificent momentum like a Chinese painting.
Lanying Grand Canyon Hanging Wall Sky Road (https://youtu.be/neRFAd_l3Cc) is a well-known tourist attraction in this scenic area, known as "the most beautiful hanging wall highway in China". The cliff on the east side of the canyon is cut and hung by the heavenly road, winding and narrow, with a total length of 1,200 meters and a width of less than 3 meters.
