We first drop the stick down, then we use our fingers to pull it back up. This helps us when playing shuffles doubles and triples. Remember, if you've rushed through the previous lessons, trying to learn this won't be very effective. Go back and spend the time needed to get the hang of the earlier stuff, and learning this will be a much smoother process. ▶ Improve your hand technique - https://tempoleague.com/better-hands-course/ ▶ Improve your foot technique - https://tempoleague.com/better-feet-course/
