Dual-FAN PWM Cooling Circuit with a 6W Isolated Flyback Power Supply ====================================== Altium-365 Workspace (Free): https://www.altium365.com/yt/myvanitar ====================================== Article: ====================================== Schematic/PCB/Gerber/Code: https://365.altium.com/files/9CF6FC62-4435-4FAB-9462-6F9EF4F1AAAD ====================================== Other Videos: http://bit.ly/2N9OlPa ====================================== @AtiumOfficial #altiumstories This video showcases my custom-built temperature-controlled Dual 12V FAN controller powered by a 6W AC to DC Flyback converter (85-260VAC to 12V DC). The controller chip is DK106. The device uses an ATtiny13 microcontroller to read temperature from a 10K NTC thermistor and dynamically adjust the FAN speed using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). The coding IDE is Arduino and the PWM frequency is 25KHz. The ferrite core is EE19/85. 🔹 Key Features: ✅ Automatic FAN speed control based on temperature ✅ PWM-driven 12V fans for smooth and efficient operation ✅ Compact 6W Flyback power supply for a wide AC input range ✅ Ideal for cooling electronic components, heatsinks, industrial devices, power amplifiers, DIY projects … etc. Watch the full video to see the circuit in action, including schematics, testing, and how it efficiently controls fan speed! 🔔 Subscribe for more DIY electronics projects! 📢 Like, comment, and share if you found this helpful!
