To get the best out of 3D printing, it helps if you can design your own parts. In this tutorial series, we will learn to use a free 3D CAD program to do just that. In this episode, we use lofts to to join odd shapes and then hollow the solid body out. This is ideal for heating or cooling ducts, or making adaptors between two different objects. 0:00 Introduction 3D design for 3D printing Onshape playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGqRUdq5ULsONnjEEPeBxxStEsobDKAtV Direct link to create a free account: https://www.onshape.com/en/products/free 0:45 What we are designing CFD guide video: https://youtu.be/Wun9EuVTV0w 1:25 What is a loft?
