I've been covering some of the best ETFs for maximizing dividend income.
And over the past year there's a specific type of high-income ETF that's been gaining a lot of traction from investors, and these are 0 DTE ETFs.
And for those that don't know zero DTE means zero days to expiration, and it is a very specific type of option strategy.
These are a type of High income covered call ETFs but the way their covered call strategy works is very different than majority of their peers. And I'll explain this in detail in just a second.
Now every time we see a significant market sell-off, that's when you need to pay close attention to these High income ETFs because it's during periods of volatility that their covered call strategies truly reveal their strengths and weaknesses.
And recently, we witnessed one of the most significant underperformances I’ve seen from a covered call ETF relative to its underlying index, and relative to every other covered called ETF in its category.
And the most important thing here is that this underperformance stems from a very specific risk that applies exclusively to (0DTE) ETFs.
So in this video I'm going to go over QDTE & XDTE, how they work, and why these ETFs have suffered such significant underperformance!
