VW Buggies Brave the Rubicon’s Most Brutal Challenges! If I had known the full extent of the route and how difficult it would be to drive, I might never have joined this adventure. It turned out to be one of the toughest challenges I’ve ever experienced in my VW life—even though I didn’t drive. This was an unforgettable opportunity to be part of a wild adventure: driving Volkswagen-powered dune buggies through the Rubicon Trail.
