Ingredients:
- 500 gms Gram flour
- 12 gms Salt
- 4 gms Farsan Soda
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/4 Oil (50 gms)
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
For Besan Curry:
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Paste
For Tempering:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Whole Coriander
2. Papaya Salad
- 1 cup Raw Papaya (Grated)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Spice Mix:
- 1 tsp Whole Coriander
- 1 tsp Whole Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Carmon Seeds
- 20-25 Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Rice Flour
3. Jalebi
- 1- 1/2 cup Refined Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Urad Daal
- 2 tbsp Curd
- Water as Required
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
For Sugar Syrup:
- 4 cup Sugar
- Saffron
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cup Water
- Orange Red Color (Optional)
