Dust Collector Impeller Upgrade - Testing Air flow, Suction, Noise Levels and Current Draw

I bought a replacement impeller for the Rikon 60-200 dust collector for $120 (including S&H) and swapped it out of my stock harbor freight dust collector. The HF impeller is 10" forward facing veins and the Rikon is 12" rear facing veins. The change resulted in a substantial upgrade in performance.
