In DPW 172 we dyed 200 g of yarn, so we're going to use more dye with less fiber today.
[9:13] Preparing the Dyes
1 cup pesoak water + 2 T of Rit DyeMore SYnthetic dye
(4 T total if you consider both colors)
[11:09] Dyeing the yarn
Apply colors cold, then heat up after most of the dye has been applied
[13:08] Covering the pan with foil
[13:54] Checking in after 30 minutes
heat for 30 more minutes on low heat
Turn off the heat and let it cool completely
[15:02] The cool fiber
[15:45] Washing the yarn
[20:36] The finished dry yarn and conclusions
