Pork shoulder
Maggie cube
1 packet of sazon
1 tomato
2 1/2 Tablespoon of epis
1 jalapenos poked with cloves
Parsley tied with thyme
Habanero pepper
Lime juice or bitter orange juice ( 2-3 teaspoon )
Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
