Easiest No Bean Plant-based Veggie Patties | Wholefood and Gluten-Free Recipe Veggie patties - there are for sure a lot of veggie patty recipes out there. But I assure you that this one is different. What makes it so, you ask? There are no beans or rice in this recipe which are the usual ingredients for plant-based patties. Not that I’m saying those veggie patties are not good and delicious (as I myself have recipes of them with legumes), but if you want to tweak your usual veggie patty, this is the gig! What I love about this recipe is that it requires very basic veggies, and the mix of spices I added is what created the perfect flavour. Another great recipe that’s out of the ordinary! My studio smelled so good when the patties were baking - yep these babies were baked and not fried! So it’s really important to let them cool off when taken from the oven. And once cooled, serve it with my Tzatziki dip (that’s in my Plant-Based Love Stories cookbook). Have them with salad, or a wrap, or eat the patties as they are… All up to you! Enjoy! 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 1 carrot 1 cauliflower 1 potato 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp smoky paprika 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 onion 2 tbsp tomato paste Olive oil Salt and pepper, for seasoning Bread crumbs Sesame seeds A sprinkle of #TRUST 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗 Boil the cauliflower, carrot, and potato, Put cauliflower and carrot in a food processor and pulse until you get a bit of a texture and not smooth. Mash the potato and mix with the processed cauliflower and carrot in a big bowl. Preheat your oven to 170-180 degrees C. In a pan on high heat, add oil, then put in the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste and all the spices. Cook and add the veggies to the pan and mix. Turn off the stove and mix all the ingredients in a bowl. On a tray, mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Make patties and cover them with the bread crumbs mix. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put in the patties. Splash olive oil on top of the patties and bake for 20 minutes. Let the patties cool and serve. *** Makes: 8-10 patties Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 20 mins Freezer-friendly: Yes C, DF, RSF, V, Veg Watch more of my video and don't forget to subscribe and don't forget to grab a FREE copy of my eBook: 👉 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸: https://chefcynthialouise.com/celebrate-your-sweet-tooth/step/usd-optin/?utm_source=yt&utm_medium=desc&utm_campaign=cyst 👉 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸: https://chefcynthialouise.com/lepb2/step/lets-eat-plant-based-usd/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=lepb&utm_term=optin Follow me on my Social handles: 👉 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽: https://chefcynthialouise.com/shop/ 👉 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲: https://www.facebook.com/ChefCynthiaLouise 👉 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: https://www.instagram.com/chefcynthialouise1/ 👉 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁: https://www.pinterest.ph/ChefCynthiaLouise/ You can also visit my website at https://chefcynthialouise.com/ and check my gut-healing products https://chefcynthialouise.com/shop/ Thanks for watching my video on Easiest No Bean Plant-based Veggie Patties | Wholefood and Gluten-Free Recipe #veggierecipe #patties
