The NC Miata has been having shifting issues with 1st, 2nd, and reverse gears. That turned out to be the reverse lockout plate, which I show you how to replace. While I had it apart, I also added a spacer to alleviate the shifting stiffness. I'll show you how it's all done in this quick fix!
