On this show, I'll show you how to do an easy recipe for some Smoked Beef Back Ribs. These Beef Back Ribs will be dry brined over-night, then smoked on my Pit Boss pro series Pellet grill. Don't have a pellet grill. No problem, just follow along on the method times and temps used.
