Potol Posto Ingredients
৫০০ গ্রাম পটল / 500 grm Parwal
১/২ চা চামচ তেল / 1/2 tsp Oil
৪ চা চামচ হলুদ সরষে / 4 tsp Yellow Mustard
২ চা চামচ কালো সরষে / 2 tsp Black Mustard
৪ চা চামচ পোস্তদানা / 4 tsp Poppy Seeds
জল / Water
ছোট টুকরো আদা / Small Pices of Ginger
১০ টি কাচা লঙ্কা / 10 ea Green Chillies
নুন / Salt
৫০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 50ml Mustard Oil
১/২ চা চামচ কালো জিরে / 1/2 tsp Onion Seeds
৩ টি গোটা শুকনো লঙ্কা / 3 Whole Red Chillies
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
দিয়েদিন বাটা / Add Paste
