Bread Lasagna
Ingredients :
1 Cup = 240 ml
Take a Pan
add Water
4 no - Tomato big ( boil till skin remove) Let cool chopped and keep aside
White Sauce
Take a Pan
2 tbsp - Butter
2 tbsp - Maida
roast till fluffy ( no need if colour change)
Make
300 ml - Milk
for boiling and above maida mixture and boil till thicken, Whisk Properly and Cook Properly
1 tsp - Sugar
salt to taste
1/4 tsp - Black Pepper powder
Whisk Properly and keep aside
Red Sauce :
Take a another Pan add
1 tbsp - Oil
1 no - bay leaf
6-7 no - black Pepper Whole
2 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
saute very well
1 no - Onion Chopped
Saute little
Chooped above Tomato Skin less and boiled
salt to taste
2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Water
Stir and cook properly and let cool completely , remove Bay Leaf and and grind it like a paste or Puree
add
5-6 Drops - Capsico Sauce
1 tbsp - Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp - Mix Herbs
1 tsp - Chilli Flakes
mix well and Keep aside
Take
8 no - Bread Slice ( Remove 4 Sides - Borders )
Roll it little bit keep Aside , Cover it with Cloth
Saute Vegetable :
Take a Pan
1 tsp - Butter
1 tsp - Olive Oil
2 tsp - Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp - Baby Corn Slice
1 Cup - Bell Peppers Chopped
1/2 Cup - Carrot Chopped Parboiled
1/2 Cup - Broccoli Parboiled Chopped
1/4 Cup - Corn Boiled
1 no - Tomato Chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp - Mix Herb
2 tsp - Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp - black Pepper powder
Mix very well
switch off the gas
Assemble :
Take oven proff baking dish :
Nake a Layer :
Spread Red Sauce
white sauce Spread it
arrange bread Slice
Red Sauce
White sauce
mix littke bit
Saute Vegetable
Grated Cheese
bread Slice
red sauce
white sauce
saute vegetables
Grated Cheese
white sauce
grated cheese
vegetable
red Sauce
and bake it in Oven for Preheated oven at 180 degree for 10 min and nake it for 10-12 min
Bake it in Kadhai :
Take a Kadhai, add salt and out one ring and stand preheat the kadhai for 10 min and bake it for 10-12 min
Sprinkle
Mix herb and Chilli flakes
