1/2 kg Boneless Chicken (preferably thigh meat for its higher fat content)
1 teaspoon (approximately) Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 medium-sized Onion, finely chopped
A handful of fresh, chopped Coriander
A handful of fresh, chopped Mint leaves
1 or 2 Green Chillies, as preferred
Salt, as needed
1/2 a beaten egg
6-7 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs for dredging, as required
Oil for frying
