This is an adorable, MODERN, crochet towel ring pattern! I wanted to design something that would functional yet fashionable with the current trends. It's so easy, a beginner could do it!

Supplies used in this video:
-3" wooden ring (I bought mine from Hobby Lobby, but you can find them elsewhere)
-Bernat Home Maker Dec yarn (for the demo ring, I used Cream; for the tutorial, I used Clay)
- One wooden bead in the size of your preference. (I bought an assortment bucket at Wal-mart and the one I used came in it. There is no size on the box, but if I had to guess, it's around 15-20 mm.)
-Crochet hook of your choice. (I used a size J 6.0 mm for the body and an F 3.75 mm hook to add the bead and weave in tails)
-small button for closure method. Mine was around 3/4" in size
-Scissors, measuring tape and yarn needle
-Fabric glue (optional)
