EASY, CRUDE LAGANA WITHOUT KNIFE THAT SWELLS IN THE REFRIGERATOR, WITHOUT COST AND TIREDNESS.

Recipe:
• Hard flour - 680 gr.
• Yeast - 3 gr. 1 tbsp.
• Salt - 14 gr. 2 tbsp.
• Sugar - 12 gr. 2 tbsp.
• Honey - 1 tbsp.
• Water - 480 gr.
• Olive oil - 20 gr. 3 tbsp.

For the spread:
• Water - 2 tbsp.
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Sesame - 2-3 tbsp.


. Turn the oven to 220 degrees and put our pans inside.
. On the oil paste we prepare the lagana, in an oval shape and we spread it with the spread that we prepared, throwing plenty of sesame. Do the second lagana.
 We will let them rest for 15-20 minutes and then with our finger we will press the lagana in some places.
 And most importantly we will put the laganas in the pan, which was in the preheated oven. Bake at 220 degrees for 15-17 minutes. If you do not trust your oven, bake them separately.
