# Easy Garlic-Buttered Peanuts
Hi Guys …!
Here is another way to make Fried Peanuts by using margarine as its main ingredients.
This one is VERY SIMPLE, but it requires a bit of your patience :D — haha. Yes, this one needs to be stirred continuously, but sure the effort does not betray the results. This one is soft but crunchy in texture with a strong butter aroma, and oil-free … so, it’s all-around better than the most Fried Garlic Peanuts.
Please make sure to follow the steps carefully so that the results of the Garlic-Butter Peanut can be perfectly cooked soft and crunchy. The following is so that the making of butternuts with this sauteing technique can be successful:
For Beginner, it’s better to start with half the recipe. So just use ½ kg of Peeled Peanuts. For other ingredients, please convert them by dividing by 2.
Make sure the peanuts used are not the old peanut stocks because the quality of the peanuts also greatly determines the quality of the final Garlic-Butter Peanut.
## Note
Another way of cooking Garlic-Butter Peanuts:
Add together the garlic (raw and sliced condition) with the peanuts and margarine, then cook on low heat until the garlic is cooked and dry.
Once the garlic is done, that means the peanuts are done as well.
Once cooked, please remove it immediately. And season it in accordance with the procedure on the video.
In this video, I deliberately fry the garlic separately because this will make it look prettier when filmed :D. Because when the garlic is cooked together with the peanuts, the onion looks less appealing. But sure, it’s all up to your choices and preferences.
## Ingredients
* 1 Kg peeled Peanuts;
* 200 grams Margarine Butter;
* 3 to 4 humps or about 200 to 300 grams of Garlic
^^ (Feel free to adjust it up to your taste) peeled and then sliced (fry until crisp). The weight after being fried is around 100 to 150 grams;
* 6 to 8 Kaffir Lime Leaves, fried dry, squeezed coarsely, optional;
* 3 teaspoons of Broth powder, suit your taste;
* 20 grams or about 1 tablespoon butter, optional;
