Chicken Shawarma
3lb chicken thighs
1Tb cumin
1Tb coriander
2Tb paprika
1tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less optional)
2 tsp salt
1 lemon juiced
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp *cardamom optional*

Combine all ingredients and marinate for 30min to overnight or until you lose patience. Place onto 2 wooden skewers that are standing on half potato. Cook in 375 for 1.5 hours or until internal is 165. Slice and serve

2 red chilies
1/2 tsp salt
