MATERIALS
If you are looking for suggestions as to what to purchase as a beginner, here are my recommendations. If you use these links I will receive a small commission from Amazon which will help to support my channel.
PAINT BOXES
Here is a link to a traditional Winsor and Newton starters' paint box set which would be ideal for a beginner. The twelve colours will enable you to produce most types of painting. This is the Cotman paint box, the least expensive start-up option.12 colours: https://amzn.to/3a1IVko
This is a link to a Winsor and Newton Artists' quality box, which is ideal for a serious student. If you go for the 24 colour box you will be able to choose options for your mixes and have a more professional result. These are Winsor and Newton Professional range, which are stronger and smoother than Cotman, and will take you a step further.
