Easy Iftar Party Snacks for your Guests | Cheese Pom Rolls | Tropical Crunchy Salad | Kunafa Samosa
Ramadan is here, and, like always, treat Ramadan just like you're welcoming a guest. Getting ready for Ramadan is mandatory for us, like anyone else's, and I have done lots of videos on that, but it's even more exciting to share how we get ready each time.
In this video, there are a few recipes that I tried, bringing in some innovative fillings, and it turned out to be a hit in my family. Do give it a try; I am sure you will enjoy it.

Cheesy Pom Rolls
Switz Spring Roll Sheets - 1 packet
Paneer - 1.5 - 2 cups
pomegranate seeds - 4 - 5 tbsp
condensed milk - 2 or 3 tbsp or more if you need
oil for deep frying
Honey for drizzling over

Mini Sweet Samosa with Kunafa filliing ( Dubai Chocolate inspired )
Switz Samosa sheets - 1 Packet
Kunafa dough - 2.5 cup OR cream cheese - 1 cup or more
Pistachio cream - 4 - 5 heaped tbsp ( how to make it at home, see after the ingredients list )
oil - for deep frying
chcocolate syrup or ganache - for garnish
How to make Pistachio cream -
Pistachios - 2 cups ( roast & add to blender )
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Blend till the pistachios ozzes oil from it
You may add 3 - 4 tbsp of oil for extra creaminess

Tropical Crunchy Salad
Switz Spring roll Sheets - 1 packet ( cut in squares )
mango - 1
cucumber - 1
capsicum - half of each color - red, orange, yellow and green
coriander leaves - a few
green chilies - 2- 3 ( optional )
pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
crushed peanuts - 2 tbsp
sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
dressing
olive oil - 3 tbsp
chilli sauce - 1 tsp
black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
chilly flakes - 1 tsp
salt
