A top can always be a dress and the modifications are very simple. I’ve made this pattern before and had always wanted a dress version too.

My Specifics:
*Size 14. I measure 12 but want extra ease to use a slip underneath
*I added 15” (37cm) to the length
*I removed the seam allowance from the center front and extended it by 1.5”
*Bias binding for neckline and sleeveless armscye
*Buttonholes with 2 ¼” separation between each other
