* 2 Tbs of Ginger Garlic Paste
* Biryani masala any of Ur choice
* 3 Tbs of plain yogurt
* Chopped coriander
* Chopped fresh mint leaves
* Fried onions
* 1 sliced tomato
* Salt to Taste
TO ADD IN BOILING WATETR WE NEED
* Cinnamon stick
* 6 to 8 green Cardamom
* 1/4 Tsp of cloves approx 10 -12
* 1/2 Tsp of Cumin seed
* mint leaves
* 2 Tbs of Oil
* Salt to taste
* 2 cups of Basmati rice
* soaked it for 1/2 an hour
* Add to the boiling water
* food color
* lime juice
* Clarified butter ( Dalda )
