These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are an absolute game changer! Thinly sliced steak, sautéed onions (peppers optional), gooey melted provolone cheese, and buttery toasted slider buns—this is the kind of recipe that disappears FAST at any party, game day, or family gathering. Whether you’re hosting a crowd or just want an easy, flavor-packed meal, these sliders hit the spot every time. Trust me, once you make them, they’ll be on repeat in your kitchen! 💥 WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT THIS RECIPE: ✅ Super easy to make ✅ Perfect for game day, parties, or quick family dinners ✅ Loaded with bold, savory flavors ✅ Comes together in about 15 minutes Recipe: 2 12-16 oz steaks (ribeye preferably) 1 12 pack buttery or savory roll (I use Kings Hawaiian) 1 onion 1 bell pepper (optional) 6-8 slices sharp provolone cheese Salt Pepper Dice onion, and slice pepper into thin strips Slice tray of rolls in half Slice steak into thin strips (it may help to partially freeze around 30-45 minutes) Preheat cast iron pan, griddle, or flat top grill to medium heat. Butter bread lightly, and toast until golden brown. Set aside. With heat on medium low add in butter (or beef fat) onion, bell peppers, salt and pepper. If using cast iron, saute onion around 5-7 minutes, until golden on edges. Remove and set aside Heat skillet to medium high, add in ghee or beef fat, and add steak slices without crowding pan. Season with salt and pepper. Wait untul cooked around 60-70% on one side, and begin turning until thoroughly cooked. Repeat as needed until all steak is cooked. Add onions back into pan. Combine with steak. Add slices of provolone cheese to cover the meat completely, cover skillet, and remove from heat (reduce heat if on flat top grill or griddle). Once cheese is melted, layer steak and cheese onto sliders and enjoy! 📌 WATCH UNTIL THE END for all my best tips on getting the perfect cheesesteak texture and flavor! 🔥 COMMENT BELOW: What’s your go-to game day food?
