1 package (16 ounces/454g) super firm tofu
1 small carrot, peeled and cut into thirds (about 2 ounces/56g)
1.5 ounces cooked beets (about 45g), about 1 small beet
2 sheets nori
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (120ml) water
Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon sriracha
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
