Hi All!! Welcome back, and thanks again for your amazing support! In this video, we take you on our ''first hike of 2025'' at Oberwössen, a beautiful village near Munich.
The cheapest and easiest way to get here is by train and bus. Take the Meridian Train (BRB RE5) from Munich to Prien am Chiemsee. From there, hop on Bus 9505 towards Reit im Winkl and get off at Oberwössen. The total journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours.
We hiked up to Feldlahn Alm (1,065m)-a moderate trail that became more challenging due to icy paths and our lack of winter hiking shoes! 🥾❄️ But the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views made it all worth it. Along the way, we share tips on getting here via train & bus, insights about Bavarian ''Alms'', and some more.
