Ingredients for Melted Chocolate:
Water as required
Dark chocolate 1 cup
Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream 1 pack
Ingredients for Assembling:
Chocolate cups00
Whipped cream
Brown sugar for garnishing
Wafer as required
Directions for Melted Chocolate Preparation:
In a deep pan heat water and bring it to a boil. Place a glass bowl on it and add dark chocolate to the bowl.
Mix it well until chocolate melts.
Add chocolate to cupcake liners and let them rest in the refrigerator for 4-5 mins or until chocolate hardens. Set aside.
Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill overnight in the fridge (do not put in the freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets cold temperature shock). Whip with an electric beater.
Directions for Assembling:
Add this whipped cream to chocolate cups and place wafer on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and serve.
Your Chocolate Cups are ready.
