Rice grain 200g 2. Water 200g 3. Spring onion, diced 4. Prawns, remove shells and cooked 5. Pork lard 6. Eggs x3, whisk Seasoning 1. Salt 2. MSG Method 1. Steamed the rice with water under medium heat for 30-40min. Transfer 100g (half portion) of white rice on a bowl. 2. Add half of the whisked egg into the bowl of cooked rice and mix well 3. Heat wok and add in pork lard. Once it melted, turn to small heat and add in egg. Quickly stir the egg and once it turns bubbling, add in rice. Continuously stir fry the rice till it turns dry. 4. Add in seasoning, prawns and spring onion. Continue to stir fry. Add some spring onion before dish up. 5.
