Ingredients
Egg - 3 or 4 nos
Onion - 2 or 3 nos
Tomatoes - 1 nos
Pepper seed - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 nos
Cloves - 3 or 4 nos
Fennel seed - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2
Coriander seed - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 or 4 tbsp
Method
First we boiled the egg and set a side
Then we have to crush pepper seed and set aside.
Then we grind the garam masala like cinnamon ,cloves,fennel seed etc. into fine past and keep aside.
Drain boiled eggs and put in a bowl filled with cold water .
Deshell the boiled eggs and cut it into half.
Heat oil in a pan add turmeric powder,salt and pepper powder mix well and
Add eggs and fried for some minutes
Drain and keep aside.
Again we have to use same pan ,then add some oil
Ones the oil is hot add onion shallot and saute them well
Then sprinkle some salt and saute them well.
Add curry powders like red chilli powder and coriander powder , saute them well
Then add crushed garam masala paste and mix them well.
Then add chopped tomatoes ,saute till they become soften.
Pour sufficient amount of water and boil them well.
Add pepper powder and saute them well
Then add fried boiled eggs and mix them well.
Cook for 4 or 5 minutes
Remove from fire and set aside.
Serve the tasty egg pepper roast with chappathi
