Crispy and really delicious egg tart recipe
*ingredient
170 g flour
35 g cold butter
71 g cold water
3 g sugar
2.5 g salt
90g filling butter
3 egg yolks
67g sugar
1 g of salt
2 g vanilla paste
180 g milk
120g whipped cream
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell GL-42)
220 degrees 20 minutes preheat
Bake at 210 degrees for 32-35 minutes
(The temperature of each oven is slightly different, so adjust to the oven temperature you are using)
(I use a 42 liter household small oven)
