Add butter and mix it well. Allow it to cool down and keep it aside for further use. For Kerala Christmas Cake In a bowl, caramelized jaggery, desiccated coconut, black peppercorns, tutti frutti , black raisins, orange rind and mix it well. Add flour, Nestlé MILKMAID, cashew nuts, orange juice and make a smooth batter. Fold in tutti frutti, black raisins, baking soda and give it a good mix. Transfer it to a greased baking tray and top it up with tutti frutti. Place it in a preheated oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes at 170°c until cooked well. Gently demold the cake and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish it with tutti frutti, icing sugar, candied cherries and mint sprig. Serve.
