Eggless Marzipan Recipe Part 1 | New Kneading Tip | White & Smooth Marzipan | Christmas Sweet
Hi
Welcome to my Channel.
Ingredients: (200 ml measure cup)
300 Gms Cashew Nuts / Almonds (skinless)
550 Gms Grain Sugar (can add more or less as per your liking)
3/4 Cup Water (150 ml)
1/2 Tsp Almond Essence
1 Tsp Rose Essence
Food Colours (Powder, Gel, Liquid)
You Can make half of this recipe too, just divide all ingredients into 2.
Remains fresh at room temperature for 15 days.
The un-moulded Marzipan dough can be stored in the fridge for many days, just let it come to room temp, it may sometimes get sticky and then just knead a little and it's good to use again.
Can be used for Christmas fruits, moulds, Easter-Eggs, Favours, Covering Cakes, Cake Toppers.
