Filling:
Minced meat-550 g
1 onion
Dry Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp
Ground paprika-0.5 tsp
Salt, black pepper to taste
Hard cheese -120 g
Pancakes:
Eggs-8 pcs
Milk-120 g
Salt-1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying
Sauce:
Sour cream-6 tbsp
Tomato paste-0.5 tsp
Ground paprika-0.5 tsp
Dry Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp
Bake brizoli at 180'C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle with hard cheese and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
