Alright guys today is just a quick video. First, I replace my intercooler pump. Next I reviewed the vacuum line reroute from the EGR delete.
Vacuum Lines
- Intercooler plenum (2lines)
1 goes to the fuel regulator
1 goes toward the back of the engine to a "T"
- The "T"
1 goes to the intercooler
1 goes to the boost gauge
1 goes to the boost bypass (the top line)
- Boost Bypass
Top line points to the driver headlight and goes to the "T"
Bottom line points to the steering wheel and connects to the underside of the air intake
-Canister Purge Valve (mounted to the driver's side firewall above the brake booster)
Line goes across the back of the engine and then takes a 90 degree turn toward the upper intake plenum
-Upper Intake Plenum (3 lines)
1 line comes from the canister purge valve
1 line seal shut or plug
1 larger black line heads towards the back of the engine and the hangs left to the AC and Vacuum reserve, connect it to the top and plug off the smaller port
